Pest Control Surveyor – North London – OTE c£70K + Car, Laptop, Benefits
An excellent opportunity for an experienced, sales-driven Pest Control Surveyor to join a successful, established pest control and environmental services business with an excellent reputation and strong market presence.
Covering North London and surrounding areas, we’re looking for a proactive, commercially focused individual with aproven ability to generate new business, identify sales opportunities and win new commercial contracts.
This is a predominantly new business development role, combining technical pest control knowledge with strong sales and relationship-building skills.
The Role
- Proactively identifying, prospecting and securing new business opportunities
- Building a strong pipeline of prospective commercial customers
- Conducting pest control surveys and recommending effective solutions
- Preparing competitive quotations and proposals to win new contracts
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers
- Negotiating and closing sales to achieve revenue targets
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
About You
- Proven success in new business sales and business development, ideally within pest control
- Experience in pest control surveying or technical sales
- Confident prospecting, generating leads and converting opportunities into sales
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently
- RSPH Level 2 qualification advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
