As an independent and specialist agency, we have the freedom to provide a personal service to our applicants and clients, giving the time necessary to fully understand the requirements of all concerned.

Every candidate, client and vacancy is of the utmost importance to us.

For client firms, we deliver a valuable service by supplying high calibre candidates for vacant posts. Our aim is to develop long term working relationships with our clients. Ideally, we prefer to visit every firm seeking to fill posts to gain a thorough understanding of their company, the way they operate, the philosophy of the firm and the personalities of the staff with whom the placement candidates will work.

Our service to our applicants is as thorough as to our client firms. We interview our applicants for placement and discuss their requirements. We provide career advice, guidance on CV writing, interview skills practice and lend a sympathetic and understanding ear.

We are pro-active on our candidates’ behalf, believing that we owe it to them to do our very best to find them appropriate work.

Candidate Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions

Our Candidate Referral Scheme rewards a candidate that we have already placed into permanent employment (known as the Referrer), who subsequently introduces a new candidate that is successfully placed into employment through our recruitment agency.

1. Referral Reward
A referral reward of £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds) will be paid in the form of a gift voucher to the referrer where a candidate introduced by them is successfully placed in a permanent role through our agency.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for the referral reward:

• The referred candidate must be previously unknown to and not already registered with our agency at the time of referral.

• The referral must be submitted to us before the candidate applies for, or is introduced to, any role through our agency.

• The referrer must provide the candidate’s full name and contact details at the time of referral.

• The referred candidate must confirm that they are happy for their details to be shared with us.

3. Successful Placement
A successful placement occurs when the referred candidate:

• Accepts an offer of employment through our agency, and

• Commences employment with the client company.

4. Payment of Referral Reward
The referral reward will become payable only once the referred candidate has successfully completed ten (10) consecutive weeks of employment with the hiring organisation following their start date. Payment will normally be made within 30 days of this qualifying period being met.

5. Exclusions

• Only one referral reward will be paid per successful placement.

• If multiple individuals refer the same candidate, the referral reward will be paid only to the person whose referral was received first.

• No reward will be payable if the candidate is already known to our agency or has previously applied or been submitted for a role through us.

• The scheme does not apply to temporary, contract, or internal placements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. General
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this referral scheme at any time without prior notice. Our decision regarding eligibility for the referral reward will be final.
