Ideally, we prefer to visit every firm seeking to fill posts to gain a thorough understanding of their company, the way they operate, the philosophy of the firm and the personalities of the staff with whom the placement candidates will work. Our service to our applicants is as thorough as to our client firms. We interview our applicants for placement and discuss their requirements. We provide career advice, guidance on CV writing, interview skills practice and lend a sympathetic and understanding ear.
