Quality Inspector required in Hythe Kent. Monday to Friday 39 hours day shift. Great hourly rate, pension, free parking and good prospects working for a local company that has been established for over 50 years, manufacturing precision components for the power generation and automotive / battery industries.
The Quality Inspector is an active “shop floor” role focused on ensuring products are manufactured to the correct quality standards. As the Quality Inspector you will be responsible for ensuring that components produced are of the best quality and correct to customer specifications. You must be prepared to move around the company‘s three quality areas to build up an all-round knowledge of Quality Control procedures.
Quality Inspector requirements:
- Enjoys working with people using strong influencing skills
- Self motivated, friendly approach
- Previous experience in a Quality Control environment
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Use of precision measuring equipment
