Production Trainee

Warehouse / Manufacturing Operative Trainee required in north Birmingham, West Midlands. Excellent career opportunity.

Applicants must have evidence of GCSE’s A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English + Fork Lift experience essential.
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Paper Mill Production Trainee at their Birmingham site, who will be committed to learning their operational processes with a view to becoming a fully trained Mill Production Operative. This is an excellent career path opportunity.

Requirements:
Candidates must be keen to undergo comprehensive training.
Experience gained in a continuous process / yard or warehouse.
Production experience gained from manufacturing / production / machining desirable.
Forklift driving experience.
Used to working in an Industrial working environment.
Qualifications:
GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grades A-C including English and Maths which must be presented at interview.

Hours of Work:
During training, hours of work will be 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.

After training period you will need to be prepared to work 12 hour shifts (days and nights) with an increase in salary to reflect this.

Overtime is payable at time and a half.
