Technical Services / Support Engineer - electronics - simulation / real time computer systems. Our client, based near Farnham, Surrey is a supplier of Real-Time Computer systems and flight simulation products and services to the UK Ministry of Defense MOD and major aerospace and defense prime contractors. The company has been delivering products and services to the industry in the UK for over 35 years. The company is now recruiting for an electronics / computer systems engineer to look after the UK customer base. Excellent opportunity to become a team leader and part of the business growth. 

Candidates should have the following experience; 

Relevant technical qualification in electronics / computer systems engineering. 
Experience of performing a technical field service role. 
Comfortable selling and promoting company products and services, generating quotations for service programs in response to customer RFQ’s (requests for quotations). 

Ideal candidate would come the technology industry and have worked for companies such as HP, IBM, SUN, SGI, Concurrent, Thales, and BAE. 

This person will be the major contact between the company and service customers. They will be responsible for ensuring that the company provides the necessary repairs to customers’ computer systems in the time and manner required by their contract.
