In response to current economic conditions, we are offering to spread our introduction fees over 12 months at 0% interest.
Clients pay 50% of the introduction fee (rates vary between 12.5% and 15% of candidate annual salary) when the candidate starts, followed by 30% after 6 months and the remaining 20% at 12 months. Payments cease if the candidate leaves within the year. This shows our commitment to our clients and reduces the risk to their business whilst giving them more flexibility to take on the specialist staff their business needs.

Each applicant is interviewed in detail when registering with Technical Placements, which allows us not only to learn about their skills, experience and abilities, but also their personality and suitability to certain applications.
Should you wish to place a vacancy with Technical Placements, you will benefit from our targeted advertising in a range of media (including specialist publications and web-based job sites) at no direct cost to yourselves, though this can be specifically arranged if required , a swift response to your requirements, being presented with a shortlist of carefully selected candidates, thereby enabling your firm to avoid the high administrative burden that would be posed by a mass of CV's that have to be processed, scrutinised, appraised and prioritized..
This will save you time and other resources, resulting in more freedom to concentrate on other important aspects of your business.
Our charges are very competitive within the market place. You should note that an introduction fee will only be charged should we provide you with the successful candidate. A rebate system is incorporated whereby, should the relevant employment terminate at an early stage, a proportion of the original fee charged is re-paid, dependant on the amount of time the employee has worked.
The most important aspect of finding the right person for the job is for Technical Placements to get to know our candidates and clients individually. Ideally, we like to visit each client, spend time with the relevant personnel, experience the environment and find out as much as possible about the company and its specific vacancies in order to make our candidate selection process as effective as possible. This valuable time spent at the beginning of the recruitment process pays dividends later and builds the basic foundations for a long-term successful working relationship between us and our client firms.
